📦 Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Only defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered are eligible for return or exchange.

• Custom/Personalized items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

 

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• If approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
