2. Ordering & Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Shipping: Delivery timelines vary by location and range from 5–12 business days post-processing.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

3. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Since each product is custom printed:

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Replacement Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photo proof via our support email: [your support email].

  • Refunds are issued only if the issue cannot be resolved through a replacement.

4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are in production. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.

5. Product Display & Accuracy

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor differences or screen settings, actual colors may slightly vary from what is shown online.
